About Us
We are a small group of Christians, a part of a large world-wide body of God's people, simply known as Christians, identified with the Churches of Christ, with over 15,000 congregations in the U.S. alone.
We worship and serve God, the Father and His Son, Jesus Christ by following the instructions of Jesus and his Apostles. The New Testament scriptures are our words of inspiration -- for learning, for admonishment and for individual and collective edification. So that the person of God may be uniquely complete in their everyday walk.
Our goal is to obtain blessings of grace and mercy in this life from above. And to complete the race of our soul's salvation with the end result having the Lord's declare to us .... "well done, good and faithful servant..... enter in"! and to claim the reward of eternal life after our earthly quest has ended.
We use only the New Testament scriptures for our guidance. We preach and teach righteousness for upright living, and strive to walk worthy of our calling.

We may go down many paths in our journey of life, but God’s path to Heaven is the most important path we will ever take.
Our Mission Statement
At Woodland Place our mission statement is structured after the Old Testament example of the rebuilding of the city of Jerusalem in the days of Ezra and Nehemiah.

At Woodland Place Church of Christ we are sparked by our determination to have a mind like Jesus our Savior. Also to develop and maintain the unity in the spirit in our understanding of our bible-based beliefs, along with a demonstration of a fervent love for God and for one another.
